File Submission
Choose one of three methods for submitting your file for test drive purposes:
Email
• Email your file to test.drive@bpus.konicaminolta.us
• Files should be compressed using Winzip or Stuffit.
• File size is limited to 5 MB.
FTP
Submit a file on our FTP site:
ftp.printer.konicaminolta.com/pub/mktg/incoming/test_drive
From a PC
To submit a file on the FTP site using a PC, go to the following website: ftp.printer.konicaminolta.com/pub/mktg/incoming/test_drive. Next, double-click on the “incoming” icon located in the top left corner of your web browser screen. You will see a folder labeled “test_drive”. Using Windows Explorer or the drag-and-drop method, copy the file from your PC to the “test_drive” folder on the FTP site. To help us identify your file on our FTP server, please incorporate your last name in your file name.
From a Macintosh
To submit a file on the FTP site using a Macintosh, go to your FTP software (for example, “Fetch”). On the login page in the “Host Name” field, enter ftp.printer.konicaminolta.com/pub/mktg/incoming/test_drive. In the “User Name” field, either leave it blank or enter “Anonymous”. Leave the “Password” field blank. Hit “Enter” to login to the FTP site. Select the “Public” folder. Then select the “Marketing” folder. In the “Marketing” folder, you will see a folder labeled “test_drive”. Copy your test drive file from your Macintosh into the “test_drive” folder. To help us identify your file on our FTP server, please incorporate your last name in your file name.
